At the November sales, Doug bought the weanling half sister to Ruler On Ice for long time client Bill Casner.

Now that he’s become a grade one classic winner, that filly’s pedigree has gone from very good to great, and her value has appreciated commensurately. Let’s hope she can go on and become the third grade one winner from the mare – Good luck with her Bill !
